Lintas Director Joins Powell Group as Head of Branding

Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], February 23: Kolkata-based Homoeopathy medicine manufacturer Powell Group hires Biswanath Mukherjee, an IIM Kashipur alumnus and ex-Director (Art – Creative) of Lowe Lintas India, Mumbai, as Head of Branding. Mukherjee has worked under renowned Indian filmmaker R. Balki in Lowe Lintas India and is experienced in handling brands such as Clinic All Clear, Clinic Plus, Fair & Lovely, Vaseline, Surf Excel and Bharat Petroleum. 

The Administrative Head of Powell Group, Mr. Tapas Das, said we are hiring professionals from corporate sectors with experience and expertise in respective domains.

Mr. Das added that under the leadership of Dr. Sudipta Narayan Roy, MD & CEO of Powell Group, we are restructuring the corporate management with the objective of keeping pace with the enormous growth of the wellness sector in India. 

 According to Mr. Das, Powell is revamping the company into a household wellness brand with the objective of the metamorphosis of Powell from a Homoeopathy medicine manufacturer to a full-fledged FMCG company. The focus would be on Ayurvedic FMCG with personal hygiene and healthcare products.
